Selecting the right length stick is an essential part in ensuring a player can perform at their best level. Far too many players use sticks that are too long as it might be perceived as being "cool". This could adversely affect your performance due to an imbalance in length and mass. Use the guide below to get a rough sense of what stick size is required based on a player's height.
