Changes to Delivery and Click & Collect Shipping Options:
Delivery: Due to an increase in demand for home deliveries during Level 4, our couriers are anticipating further growth during level 3 and 2 and are advising us that there may be an additional delivery time period of up to 4 days for goods being sent to residential zones.
(Free) Contactless Click & Collect: The store manager will reach out to the customer in order to arrange a suitable time for the collection of goods in accordance with social distancing guidance received from the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment.
You can still easily contact us via social media if you have any questions during and after the lockdown. Thanks again for your support. We can’t wait for Hockey season to be back up and running again. If you placed an order with us prior to the lockdown date and you are yet to receive your items please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Online orders can not be sent to PO Box addresses.
There is no standard fee for international freight. International customers trying to purchase through our website will need to email email@example.com and let us know which shipping option you'd prefer from the following options:
- International Air (un-tracked) - Timing dependant on your local postal service.
- Economy Courier (tracked) - Approximately 6-10 working days.
- International Express Courier (tracked) - Approximately 2-3 working days.
Once submitted, we will get a special freight rate out to you.
